By every room, we don’t only mean living rooms and bedrooms, but also your bathroom. Yes, you can apply false ceilings in the bathroom too if you want.

False ceilings were generally either made with Bison board or acrylic sheet. But both of these materials were not long lasting and easily damaged. Bison board false ceilings got damaged especially early in bathrooms due to the inevitable moisture. Acrylic sheets easily faded and cracks were produced in the ceiling. Not only that, acrylic sheet and Bison board false ceiling were also very high maintenance.

Nowadays ACP is used to make the false ceilings. ACP, i.e., Aluminum Composite Panel is a flat panel that consists of two slim aluminium sheets attached to a non-aluminum core. ACP is very light in weight besides also being very strong and rigid. This helps it to be used majorly for false ceiling, partitions, etc.

It is quite a durable product when compared to acrylic and Bison board. It is a low maintenance free product and has the best finishing ever.

Aluminium can be painted in any colour, which ensures that you have a varied range of metallic and non-metallic patterns and colours or even the standard pure white to choose from ACP false ceiling. You can also select from ACP sheets that look like other materials like marble, wood, laminates, etc. They are coated or painted with PVDF or Polyester paint.

This ensures that you don’t have to go through the pain of getting ACP false ceiling repainted over a period of time.

It can be cleaned with a rough cloth which also makes it very easy to maintain.
